Shipping Information

SHIPPING INFO

All orders will be shipped out from western Canada. While there is international shipping, I may not be able to ship to certain countries due to laws and restrictions.

On the occasion that I am unable to ship to your country, you will be notified and receive a full refund for your order.

Here is a list of countries I can ship to.
(Excluding UK + EU countries.)

Additionally, for international orders, I am not responsible nor in control of any additional charges such as customs fees or import duties/taxes. Please check with your local customs office beforehand.

Some areas may not have tracked shipping available. I am not responsible for lost packages.

Canada orders for paper items (ex/ stickers, prints) will be shipped using lettermail. This does not include tracking.

Please keep in mind there may be delays for any lettermail orders due to the Canada Post strike.

Acrylic charms and button pins will be shipped with tracking using a bubble mailer. If your order contains both acrylic charms/button pins and paper items, they will be in a bubble mailer together.

International orders for paper items will be shipped using a bubble mailer regardless.

SHIPPING INFO (USA)

I am currently only able to ship flat items (stickers, prints, photocards) to the USA. I am unable to send any acrylic/tinplate items, but I am working on a solution for the future.

SHIPPING INFO (UK/EU)

I am currently unable to ship to the EU/UK due to regulations and tariffs. I apologize for the inconvenience. Any orders from addresses in these countries will be refunded.

LOCAL PICKUP (EDMONTON, AB / ANY CONVENTIONS I'M CONFIRMED TO BE AT)

If you would like to arrange in person pickup please contact me directly to arrange things. I offer pickup at any events I'm vending at!

SHIPPING/PROCESSING TIME

Please expect in-stock orders to ship out anytime during the week after. Any delays will be posted about on my social media.

Please allow 3-5 days for your order to be processed. If there are delays with shipping, I will post updates on my social media to notify people.

The following times are estimates for shipping and may be inaccurate or subject to delays. These do not include processing or preorder times.

Domestic (within Canada): 2-10 days
United States: 2-14 days (lettermail may take up to 1 month)
International: 10-45 days

PREORDER INFO

Preorders will take 1-2 months to be shipped in order to account for manufacturing times. Manufacturing will only begin after the preorder period ends.

Even if an item in the order is in stock, it will not be shipped until the preorder items are ready.

Most of my listings are set as preorders due to grouping items together. If your order only contains items that are already in stock then it will be shipped earlier.

Clearance items and items labelled as "(IN STOCK)" are NOT preorder items.

REFUND/RETURN POLICY

Order cancellations and refunds are permitted prior to your order being shipped.

For orders sent through lettermail, there will be no refund for shipping after I purchase the postage. However I will still refund the item cost if they are not shipped yet.

There are no returns or exchanges. Sales are final after they have been shipped out. I am not responsible for missing items, damages in transit, or other issues of that nature.

WRONG/DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive the incorrect item, please contact me via email/twitter/instagram with your order information, as well as photos. I will resend the correct item free of charge with shipping costs covered.

On the occasion that a package is missing or arrives damaged, I can resend the item, but the new shipping costs will have to be paid by the purchaser.

If there are any problems with your order, please contact me within three weeks of receiving your order, otherwise I will not be able to reimburse your item(s).
